Use of Services: Komoglen provides personal reflection tools, physical products, and online content. You agree to use them only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise permitted.

Your Data: Komoglen does not require account creation, passwords, or user login. Your activity is associated with a pseudonymous identifier stored locally in your browser. Komoglen cannot identify individual users from this data. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device. Clearing cookies may reset your experience. However, you can find your device ID on the main page if you wish to copy it somewhere secure to keep it safe.

Payments: Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Komoglen may internally reference order information to provide customer support or issue refunds when required by law. Payment information is not used to analyze or monitor in-app behavior. Refunds are provided only where required by law.

Content Ownership: All content, including card designs, icons, stories, and missions, is owned by Komoglen and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

User Conduct: You agree not to misuse the site, post harmful content, or attempt to disrupt the experience for others.

Modifications: We may update or change the services at any time, including features, pricing, or content. We’ll do our best to notify you in advance.

Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for anyone violating these terms.

Limitation of Liability: Komoglen is not liable for indirect damages resulting from your use of the site. All services are provided “as-is.”

Disclaimers: QR content may sometimes repeat or need to be updated, generative AI features may not always be available, and the physical cards may naturally discolor over time. As our products are made from natural wood, small dents, grain variations, or minor surface marks may also be present upon purchase. These variations are normal and do not affect your rights or obligations under these terms. Replacement cards can be ordered separately, if needed.
